With our organization, we have several accounts & projects that will not be used beginning next fiscal year. This feature request is to have the ability to set an account or projects status as inactive based on an effective date. For example, an account is not budgeted next fiscal year so the database administrator can set it to become inactive as of the first of the year as soon as that is known rather than waiting for the new fiscal year to come and then inactivating the account.
