We use the web portal extenisvely and sometimes our users are frustrated because they have multiple items in their cart, but aren't ready to send them all thru on a req.  For reasons of simplicity, we do not want them to lump unrelated items, vendors or projects together on one req.  When the requisitions process is brought over to NXT, we would like to have our users be able to pick which items in their cart they want to create a req for.  They should also be able to select all easily as well.
