Time Period

It would be great if we were able to customize our time limits before the system  timed out.  For example, I was entering cash receipts deposits today.  I got a call from our front office that I was needed.  I left to go see what they needed.  I was gone approximately 10 minutes.  When I got back to my desk, there was a "Are you still there" message?  I clicked "Yes" and continued entering my next deposit.  I was almost finished entering the deposit, and the system shut down on me because my time limit had expired.  THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!  The majority of my day is spent doing data entry, and if I have to leave to go across campus to help someone, coming back and having to log-in and start over on whatever I was working on takes up time and decreases my productivity.


My suggestion would be to extend the time to be a longer span (4 hours minimum).  I chatted with a very helpful support team member, and she said that we could do a one-time extension.  If it would be too much to extend the time for everyone, maybe offer a customization button where we can customize our time sessions based off of what our job entails.
