Removal of gift aid tick box on donation forms (for corporates) OLX

I've created a separate form in Online Express for groups or corporates so that the gifts are coded correctly. We cannot claim gift aid for these donations so it would be good to be able to remove the tick box on this particular form to avoid confusion.
