Summary:

Address history needs to be added to the tracked data changes and users need to be able to query on Date Changed Name, Date Changed Address, Date Changed Credit.... and include a corresponding Changed By.

As I know it currently, paying a vendor updates the "Change Date" - there's only 1 change date.

There is history of name changes, credit changes, etc... that can be produced in a vendor profile report, but we don't have access to those dates.

Glaringly absent is history of address changes. Address history needs to be added to the tracked data changes.

If a user wants to view all vendors "Changed" in a certain period, we see all vendors whose record changed and all vendors who were paid during the same period, with no demographic changes.
