Grant Profile report that will give a summary

Grant Profile report that will give a summary of what is on the grant record itself.

This is Thyda from the Women's and Children's Hospital Foundation. One of our functions as a not for profit organisation is to approve research grants on a yearly basis. We would like to request for a grant report which shows grant amount and activity (amount spent) during the year. Please see attached for an example.
