For instance, I have one deposit in NXT, but I need to match it against multiple items in the bank account: cash/check deposit, efts, and credit cards.  I have also run across the same issue for some AP items.  Our credit card payments go through our bank account as an individual entry for each card holder, but it is one payment entry in NXT.  As far as I can tell we are currently allowed to match one-to-one, but not one-to-many.
