Currently, the ability to see purchase requisitions in the web portal is either you see all or you see only your own.  The system we used prior to FE allowed approvers to see all reqs created by their staff.  We really miss this feature.  I know there isn't any development taking place for the web portal, but as you are developing A/P in NXT, please consider creating the ability for managers to see the reqs for their staff.  This should include the ability to view reqs at any step of the process.
