The FIMS development dashboard is useful information.

Without the ability to request it as of 12/31 (or our fiscal year end) it is impossible to get the full year of data because gifts postmarked prior to Jan 1 but received after 12/31 cannot be counted in the current year data. What I have to do is wait until the last business day of the year, enter everything received, and then post everything, and then do screen shots. Any additional gifts that come in after that, are not reflected in the data for the year that just ended. Thus, it is incomplete and incorrect.

Also, this dashboard is great. Boards love to see dashboards. But, without the ability to print the sections (or the entire report), the only way I can show it to the board is to screen shot sections of it. That is cumbersome and makes the report a lot less useful. 

The program is well-designed. Not being able to use the data for management discussion makes this another frustration with FIMS.

I am a former programmer. It doesn't seem to me to be a big change to be able to request data as of a certain date. So many of your other reports allow it. I know you can do it!
