In FE\AP\Records\Add a Receipt, the "Received By" field has a drop down to pick a name from. From a control stand point, many of us do not want one user to create a receipt in someone else's name (I understand many orgs may have separate people receiving good and doing data entry). It would be ideal if "Received By" defaulted to the user and if there was a need to receive for someone else, that could still be done with a definition under business rules.
