It's difficult to remember which credit card functions exist in Payables and which in Treasury, and then have to keep switching back and forth between them.  Since downloading charges, expense input for multiple cards, and card reconciliation are all tasks which tend to be worked on at the same time, it would be nice to find all the credit card functions in one place.
