Update relative date ranges automatically when changing date in base column (Income Statement)

In FE NXT, I have been using relative date ranges for income statements, with the base column set as "Last fiscal period" and relative range as "Base column + 0", as most reports are run in the month following the last fiscal period.

On occasion, we need to reprint a prior period.  When the base column is changed, the relative dates don't update automatically -- I need to click "Edit" then "Save" in order for the change to take effect. (Don't need to change anything else, just "Edit" then "Save")

Could this be changed so that the relative ranges update automatically when the base date is changed -- to avoid 2 clicks for each relative range column?  Thank you.

When the base column is changed, the other columns do not change(viewing) , the report will pick up the correct dates. But the screen is not updated. This leaves the user to second guess if the report is correct. This should be corrected ASAP. It will update automatically in FE7.

This is a consistent issues throughout reports using relative dates. It functions fine in database view but doesn't work at all in webview. Please fix this.

I agree and note that any report that uses relative dates should refresh on return to the report options window.
