Verify the check number that you are voiding

When you void a check it just asks you if you are sure you want to void. It doesn't give you the check number to verify you have the right one. This is a must!

      Thanks for the suggestion. This should be improved in NXT in that it displays the check numbers you are about to void. I hope this helps, but please let us know if you have any additional suggestions!

      I void the checks from the Bank (in A/P) & "Void selected payments" under the Admin tasks. You just type the check # in & it asks to verify you want to void. I would like it to say "Void #______" to verify.

      The only way to void a check is to either open up that check in your bank register or to open up the payment tab on the invoice.  I guess the system is just assuming that you chose the right one.

      I guess what you are asking for is for a further confirmation message that pops up before the system actually voids the check?
