There should be an option to delete or cancel purchase requests, even after approvals. There are times where individuals request for a purchase, and approvals go through, however, the order never gets placed because the price changes or other factors. When this happens, we have no way to cancel the purchase request and thus when we convert to purchase orders there is confusion as to where is the back up for these transactions. It just makes it hard to reconcile records.
