We would really like the capability to add in project approval rules for WebPortal. This way the system would automatically select users for approvals based on their project ownership instead of relying on individuals to select who to approve. When selecting approvers themselves, causes for more spending loopholes and does not allow us to appropriately allocate spending. There is too much freedom for users when selecting their own approvers in the WebPortal system.
