When an invoice request is recalled prior to the first approval, the approver was not alerted via notification. The approver received the email that a request needed approval but when they clicked the link, it simply didn't work, thus the approver then started inquiring as to why the link doesn't work. A notification would have alerted them to the change and keep them informed.
