Allow drag and drop attachments on the attachment tile instead of having to click Add

For someone who would like to use my mouse less, having the option to drag and drop an attachment wherever an attachment is possible would be nice. On deposits - drag and drop, on credit card entry - drag and drop. Go back to add attachment... no drag and drop.
