Receivables - recurring invoice/ schedule; recurring/standard invoice freight on board & ship via entries

NXT Receivables Recurring Invoices are missing the ability to select "Last Day" as monthly frequency option.

NXT Receivables Recurring Invoices and Standard Invoices are missing the ability to add new date ranges in the freight on board field and new names to the Ship Via field.

Accuracy is needed on invoices for entities that receive payments through government funding such as Medicare and Medicaid. Please fix this.
