Query: Add ability to query Payables Invoice Attachments

Right now we can query attachments on a vendor record using the "Media" fields.

We would also like to be able to query attachments to Payables invoices in a similar manner.

    I was able to do this in database view but there is not an option to filter by attachment in query in Webview. For auditing purposes, it's important to be able to review which invoices have attachments linked and which ones do not.
