This has the potential to be such a useful tool but it is clunky and inefficient as is. If CC users are uploading their own receipts and applying expense codes then there should be a save feature for them. This would allow an approver to review their entries and correct if necessary without having to unrecord and re-record every.single.detail. Since they absolutely should be reviewed as a control, there should be a way to exclude them from posting with regular AP. When you move from one recorded credit card transaction to another, you should NOT get a message that says "Are you sure you want to leave? The info you entered won't save" when you can't make any changes to a recorded transaction anyway. That just slows the whole review process down.
