Current Issue 1:
When scheduling a report, the system only allows it to run as a PDF. There are no options for other formats such as Excel Data, Excel, or Word, which makes it difficult for users who need to work with the data in different ways.
Suggestion:
It would be very helpful if the program offered a dropdown menu with multiple format options (e.g., .xlsx, .csv) so users can choose the format that best fits their needs.
Current Issue 2:
For the “Save and Generate” process, the default setting only generates reports as PDF. Users cannot select a different format upfront. The only workaround is to click “Save,” then return to the report and choose “Generate as [desired format],” which is time-consuming and inefficient.
Suggestion:
Allowing users to select their preferred format (such as .xlsx or .csv) during the initial generation step would save time and improve usability.
I agree on issue 2 - often I want to save and generate the report at the same time. Having to save it and then go back and run it in a format other than pdf is very time consuming and cumbersome.
