Ability to see and assign Expense Management Approval Group at User Level

When setting up a new user, having the ability to setup everything related to that user in one place. Current have to setup user in security and give roles to expense management. Then you have to go to Expense Management Setting, and give them rights to Expense Management and approvals. Then over to Approval groups to give them rights to a group. And you cannot see which groups a user has been assigned to, you have to look in each group if you are not sure. Additionally if they need account/project restrictions, that is yet in another place.

In database view you could do this all in one place. If nothing else, have all the expense management related under security for the user in expense management settings.
