Currently, all pre-loaded dashboards are visible to anyone who has permission to view any dashboards. My goal is to allow department heads to access custom dashboards that update in real time and are tailored to their specific reporting needs. Ideally, each department head should be able to view only the dashboards I explicitly grant them access to through Dashboard Builder.

However, the issue is that when I grant a department head view-only access and give them permission to their custom dashboard, they also gain visibility into all pre-loaded dashboards. These pre-loaded dashboards cannot be edited within Dashboard Builder, yet Dashboard Builder is the only tool that allows for assigning individual viewing permissions. As a result, granting access to a custom dashboard inadvertently allows department heads to view financial data across the entire organization, which is not appropriate for their roles.
