Change the new layout for approving expenses

The new layout for approving expenses is crazy, with lots of wasted space and too much scrolling now. Please use the space I highlighted in yellow (the big void of no information) so we don't have to keep scrolling to review an invoice!

    Any chance you could also make the Expense/Detail box smaller? It would be more efficient to see the expense category and GL distribution without scrolling.

    Well if you went back to the previous layout last week...mine still shows all the empty space. That screenshot was this am, and I'm approving right now and there is still all the wasted space.
