Currently the grant records tab is not usable for the purposes of tracking a grant by month. It is easy to see where the grant stands as of the current date, but for the grant record as a whole there is no way to view data by month for reporting on prior months. There needs to be a way to view data filtering by date in order to use the grant record. This is incredibly frustrating for our team, who are looking at up to 85 income sources within a single grant. Tracking this information by drilling down into the individual income source records or running a report that shows where each income source is at has proven to be incredibly inefficient.
