Remove JE import Limit- need more than 10,000 lines
Currently, The JE import limit is 10,000 lines. This is not a problem to upload in Database view, but since we are losing that functionality, we need the ability to upload more than 10,000 entries to FE NXT. We have journal entries that reach that limit at least quarterly.

Our daily import averages 10,000 records and can be up to 30,000 records a few times a month. Spitting up files into smaller files with fewer lines leaves room for errors in importing and additional work to create and import each file. We need to be able to import large files using webview in FENXT.
