Miscommunication or confusion for vendors due to unclear or generic messaging
Inability to include company-specific instructions, branding, or contact details
Challenges in troubleshooting vendor inquiries about payment status or details.
We propose the following enhancements:
✅ Email Template Management: Allow users to access and edit email templates for vendor communications directly within Blackbaud.
🔍 Preview & Audit Trail: Provide a preview of outgoing emails and maintain a log of what was sent and when.
🎨 Branding & Custom Fields: Support for custom logos, sender names, and dynamic fields (e.g., payment terms, contact info)
📬 Test Email Functionality: Let users send test emails to verify formatting and content before enabling live communications.
