Translate EFT Email Remittance to French for Canada

The automated Vendor Remittance Advice email informing them of an EFT payment is unilingual English. Would there be any way to make this bilingual for Canada (add French)?

    We have issue in Journal Entries, importing transaction, which contains French accents. The journal entry will turn those French accents into gibberish.

    ex.:

    Ryan: rédaction résumé visite et lettre non renouvèlement

    to

    Ryan: r�daction r�sum� visite et lettre non renouv�lement


    NXT says they 'would' support bilingual in the future development....
