Limited Expense Categories for users

We need to be able to limit expense categories, per user, in expense management. This would improve user access, as many of these individuals only purchase for their division and do not need unnecessary options when classifying charges.

    We are just setting up Expense Management now, and running into the same issues. We really need to be able to either limit the categories the individual user has access to, or what would be even better for us, is if we could assign users to groups with specific categories available.
