Move navigation back to the top of the screen

I absolutely HATE having the navigation bar on the left side. It is clunky and cumbersome. Please realize that change for change's sake is a bad idea. Put the navigation bar back up at the top where it belongs!

    Agree, I now have to scroll through the menu. Or collapse and expand. So many more clicks

    Please move the FE menu bar back to the top. It is easier to access and more efficient.
