The horizontal scroll bar should always show whether on the top or bottom of the page. Problem is I have to scroll all the way down just to scroll it left and right. Its very inconvenient when I have to see the data on the top of the page. The new look of NXT was suppose to make it more accessible and make the job easier, not the other way around.
