Combine Revenue and Expense Accounts in Income Statements Section with Expense Accounts Shown as Negative

Add the ability to show revenue as positive numbers and expenses as negative numbers in one subtotaled section of an income statement report (e.g. an “Other Income (Expense)” section). Currently the natural account balances always show as positive numbers, i.e. revenue account credit balances and expense account debit balances all show as positive numbers. However, expense account debit balances should show as negative numbers, but just in this type of section of a report.

We really struggled with this when creating our Income Statement upon conversion to FENXT. We ended up having to use the ranges (set them as revenue or expense based on if we needed a positive or negative). We have two ranges randomly used only to fix the signs issue so our Income Statement adds down correctly. It does work, but when designing it really makes no sense. However, that doesn't fix your signs issue where it shows how you want it to. Just sharing in the event it helps.
