Our organization has replaced the old Queue function with the new Report Schedule function, but we are now running into problems with many end-users unable to use the links in the Scheduler notification emails and unable to view or download the reports. Our IT support team believes that this is because the links direct the user to a site that begins "http" instead of "https". Can this be fixed so that the reports are downloaded from a secure "https" link?
Totally agree. This is a problem with email through Google Chrome, but sees to work in Firefox. We use Chrome as our email portal. I want to be able to use scheduler to automatically send monthly budget reports to managers, but they cannot open up the report in the email notification, they get a security error message. So I have to run these reports each month, save to my computer, and send it as an attachment to each budget manager. How efficient is that? Please fix this, Chrome is a mainstream browser, there should not be this problem.
