Please try to get Yodlee to correct the manage feed connection with our bank. When I search for the bank I find it with the correct logo. However, the URL attached to this bank is wrong. Our bank is Cleveland State Bank in Mississippi. The Yodlee connect sends us to the login to Cleveland State Bank in Wisconsin. These 2 banks are totally separate. I have submitted the correct URL information for login to our bank to Blackbaud several times over the past 5 months. I have submitted the request on the form to Yodlee to correct this problem on 2 occasions. I have received no resolution of the problem. The problem is with Yodlee. I am told they partner with Blackbaud on the bank feed connections. If they are indeed a partner they should respond to Blackbaud and fix this problem. They are not responding to me. I am totally frustrated with this situation!!
