Add all the Account Code fields to the settings

Add all the Account Code fields to the settings page listing, including Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Class to allow exporting the entire record.

In web view, there is no way to create a list or export all the fields in the Account Code record. In database view, the only way to do so was to create an account code import file and select the parameter to export the records. Adding the three missing fields to the settings page would solve the problem because we could export it.
