Close only specific module instead of the whole

Close only specific module instead of the whole system when closing the fiscal period. There are module that are still needed to be open while other module should be closed

Management Expense should be closed right after the end of the month, however there are other entries that need to still be open while finalizing, reviewing and approving other entries.
