When I change a document type in Paymerang from Invoice to Credit Memo the document does not automatically get uploaded to NXT like an invoice does. I have to go back in after it is approved and the record is created in NXT and manually upload a copy of the document. This is very inconvenient and creates additional work for me. I would love to see the credit memo documents upload automatically to NXT in the same way invoices do. I would think this should be a simple fix. Thank you!
