Blackbaud has changed the bank reconciliation so that when you are in the middle of a reconciliation and get out of it to make changes in the ledger, if you go back in, you can no longer see items that you have checked off. This is wrong! If you mistakenly marked something as cleared you must be able to correct that. You should always be able to uncheck something until you have finalized the reconciliation.
