Budget Scenarios lost the Import ID for the respective scenario for upload purposes. As it stands, queries cannot retrieve the Import ID's for budgets and they do not display when selecting the individual scenario. Our org structure causes coercion errors in the excel addin so we are left to individually edit amounts in the web view.
