Previously in Database view, items in the Product file were able to be categorized and subcategorized but this is no longer available in NXT. When our end users login to WebPurchasing to submit a requisition they can still sort by category and subcategory. However, we have no way to maintain those fields in NXT for existing items or add them to new items. How are we supposed to maintain fields that are not available in NXT but viewable in WebPurchasing? This seems to be a reoccurring theme with the migration to NXT. Functionality is not fully vetted before moving to NXT which then causes major problems for us.
