Drilldown in Querys in FXT

Within the database view, I used to be able to run an unapplied AR payments Query, and then I could click on individual payments that the Query produced, and then I could apply the payment from the new window. When I attempt to do this in NXT, it will generate a Query that shows the unapplied payments, but when I click on the results, it gives a blank screen. Since the Query function is no longer in the database view for AR, I have to run an unapplied AR payments reports in NXT, and then apply the payments in the database view, since I can't apply the payments in NXT.

      Hi - You should be able to complete this workflow in webview. When you drill in from the query, the payment record should load on the screen. If it's still blank, it may be a permission issue or defect on our side. Can you please reach out to Blackbaud Support so we can get more info and help resolve this for you?
