Insert Line(s) in creating a Journal Merged

Currently a line cannot be inserted in a journal entry in NXT, the option is still available in the database. We need to group journal entries by project ID. If a line needs to be added to the JE for a Project the only option available s to add it to the bottom of the journal/

    YES! Why is this not an option??

    Also, why does FE reorder the lines? We enter them in a specific order for a reason, but when an entry is posted it's very often in a different order ...
