We have thousands of inactive income sources from throughout the years. Because they are usually labeled with the year in the name, these are always the first results when you are typing in an income source for a journal entry line. Sometimes we cannot even find an income source for the current year because there are so many for previous grant years. Even when marked closed and inactive, there does not seem to be a way to stop these income sources from populating. There needs to be a way to filter these out. If an account number is inactive it does not show up when typing a journal entry line - why is this not set up the same?
