Provide a way to inactivate or delete leftover legacy users from database view that are listed in Expense Management User Settings that never had a BBID. I was hoping that Blackbaud would have automatically taken care of this when webview user management was implemented and security in database view was removed. Since that did not happen, I am proposing this idea so that the user list in expense management corresponds with the user list in Control Panel - Security - User Management to eliminate confusion.
