Why I try in NXT, the view format is too big of word and and numeral so it’s not appear the entire page of all detail columns and rows as in FE and also can’t insert the row to add the account that the template of postage JE didn’t have it to keep all deposit accounts are in this part .

The NXT I add new accounts it appears at the bottom of account that is belong to other part and it is mix up JE not to see well organize as on FE: all rows of deposit amount and the last of this part is the row for deposit amount to reconciled

1/postage meter charge

2/Padded bags charges

3/USPS postage due

Because the FE system set up the template JE for ea works of ea staff, I have 2 JEs ea month: Postage charges and misc banks reconciling FE. The template as in excel sheet that provided all accounts in there with detail references.

When I finish entering the account’s mount, the template has a lot of empty rows for this time, I just click ctrl, and select all empty rows to delete them all one time then I will have the completed perfect JE . That is easier and faster for doing this task.
