Globally Change Records

At the beginning of a new fiscal year we globally change the prior FY project codes to prevent data entry. We are a company with approx 70 project codes. The Global Change is a huge time saver. This functionality was available in FE but can no longer be accessed in the database view.

    Can we get a global change option in NXT with the database option going away?

    Global Change is no longer available in Fixed Asset either when finalizing depreciation. Please add it there in NXT as well.

    this is a NEED for FENXT before database goes away! I would have had to update 260+ records manually today.

    Yes, please add my vote to this. We also have the need to periodically update custom fields on records, and that is an exercise in replacing the existing with a new entry. The FE Total Web View communications have implied that Global Change isn't moving to Web View because Import will have the functionality to update/replace records. However, that doesn't work now, and when I opened a Support case (when selecting "Update" in web view, the import just tries to add an additional record, not update/replace the content), they said it MIGHT be available in the future. Which doesn't give me a lot of confidence that it will be.

    Please add this functionality in Web View.
