The login process to get to the database mode is cumbersome right now. It's a lot of clicks and a ton of logins to get from NXT to database mode when we have 4 databases to switch between. In an ideal world, clicking on the database mode button in NXT would automatically open a Citrix session and login to that database.

Alternatively, the following would be helpful:

1. Click on the database button in NXT
2. That auto logins to blackbaudhosting.com
3. Blackbaud Hosting knows which database you clicked on and takes you to the user name/password screen for that database
