Default settings in journal entries

In the database we had set defaults for any journal entry. Encumbrance always came up "Regular" and Journal always came up "General Journal" and Class always came up "Unrestricted". It could be changed in the journal but these were the usual defaults. NXT does not have that. You can go each time to defaults but they are not automatically there for every journal and everyone.

    Thank you, but that is each individual new entry, in the database it was already set when you opened any journal entry

    Hi Julie - If you're referring to the Default set as shown in the screenshot below, it is already available in the WebView as Add/Edit batch defaults as shown in the other screenshot. Once you've defined batch defaults, they'll auto populate on every new row being added to the grid. Please let us know if it's something else you're referring to. thank you.
