Instead of one checkbox on the Vendor profile that says "Issue a 1099 statement" give us a YES and NO box. If we can check "NO," it will save us from thinking maybe we have simply missed this vendor, and instead will let us know we have reviewed the W-9 and this vendor is NOT a 1099 vendor. Otherwise, we find ourselves reviewing the vendors with the box unchecked to be sure.
