Clear Multiple Items at a time in Bank register

In DB View one can clear hundreds of transactions (for example outstanding checks) in as little as a few seconds at a time. In NXT one must clear it one by one- this would take hours. my organization clears about 1,000 transactions (drafts, EFTS, and checks) in the bank register a month. This MUST be fixed in NXT! We do not use the reconcile feature and needs to be outside this. that is NOT a solution.

I don't think this is incredibly helpful. If you don't have a large range of items that have cleared, it will take longer to use multiple filters. I'm not going to set a filter for 8 items, then 6 items, then 11 items - I might as well just check them off one by one. It'll take longer to set the filter. Bring back control + shift to select a range.

you didn't fix the issue. you still have to separately click or click all based on a general filter. that doesn't help.

This has only limited use case. What I would look for is the windows standard control-click functionality to CHOOSE a range. Not just the results of a filter, which will still return a list of items that may or may not all have cleared. Also the comment of only 50 items on a page is still a problem.

Is there a way to select a certain range? In database I could control+shift the top and bottom of 30 of them, and then hit mark selected. How would you do this in webview?

what about more than 50 checks on one page?

    Thanks!

Awesome! I just finished clearing 1,124 checks yesterday, one at a time......

Any word of showing the $ totals and Count of checks cleared? That would make this a great day ☺

This is now available in webview. You can filter, multi select and clear transactions in the bank register

The reconciliation in NXT us horrible compared to database. The whole process needs to be refined. They really dropped the ball here.

Please add the function to clear/unclear & change date globally for multiple transactions using Bank register. Your database view function was user friendly and provide better reconciliation features than FE-NXT. Clearing transactions on Bank register allowing us to use specific date as shown on the bank statement. Clearing via Reconcile tab only showing the last date of the month-(I'm not too crazy on this idea). I vote to put back DB view function to clear multiple items in Bank register.

The ability to clear a range of checks (50-100 with one click), rather than 50-100 individually. That would be awesome!

I'm still having to go into database to clear multiple transactions at once, but who knows for how long I will be able to continue to do it this way. Hoping this feature is updated in FE NXT soon. Also looking into alternative option as the reconcile feature, but is also a new process to learn and requires some time to install and get the hang of it.

We are in the exact same position. NXT is restricting us from being able to get our work done creatively and flexibly in what was once a very powerful system. This example specifically throws a huge wrench in our processes.

We need to clear multiple items in the bank register at one time, as we did in database view. We do not use the reconcile feature or automatic bank feed and we do not want to change our practice. We should not lose features that were beneficial, simple, and necessary as we migrate to a "better" system.
